Dow Jones down 5 percent

S&P Index down 5 percent

NASDAQ technology down 7 percent

Russel small caps down 11 percent

Slowing economies globally suggest interest rates may drop into 2020. More asset devaluation ahead (IMO). Central banker dilemma indeed . . . ..
