Mar 12, 2019 | 15:17 1 Hoping to start small this spring and raise a few birds. Looking for any Canadian farmers who have chicks/yearlings/breeding stock for sale as well as any equipment such as incubators.
If anyone has any advice on raising these birds it'd be greatly appreciated as well.
Thanks Reply With Quote

Not really, no. At least from what I've gathered from research. But that's not to say there shouldn't be. I'm getting some inspiration from guys down in the states trying to spark it up. A much more sustainable red meat than Beef. Would be silly for a country who's now aware of global warming and driving electric cars to not consider eating a meat that's not using up the resources and emitting the same gasses as cattle.
The comparison to beef is honestly stunning and much more healthy.
People just don't like thinking they're eating zoo animals is the only catch. Reply With Quote
