We need to have these groups speak up in opposition to end point royalties and extra “seed taxes”?
Which groups will support the majority of farmers and do this?

        It begs the question why???

Are people being paid off to keep quiet? Because not speaking up about these issues does not represent me as a farmer.

I Think so....pretty ****ing sure of it because of the lack of answers to questions just patting themselves on the back......

Only one guy is OK with a non refundable checkoff in this thread. ...even though with a refundable checkoff he has the exact same option.....

            The quiet issues,

Directors are bound by confidentiality, conflict of interest, legal requirements, the same as Rm, school, grain terminals, etc

Once your on a board, confidentiality is part of the fiduciary responsibility. Breach of this has been very destructive in the past.

True ....but this thread is about value of our checkoff dollars...

Only one has said it is and he would still have the option if it was refundable to leave his money in for value. ...

What I see is a complete disregard for primary producers concerns although the bourgault thread will start to highlight the very problems the boards are ignoring....

Time to call a spade a spade. Us western farmers and rural people have elected conservative mps and sask party mlas. Where are they? For all of you that continually give your vote away tell who amongst all of them have steps up and earned our vote. Have earned those big pensions and salaries???? That we grant them.

I would of figured the left wing farmer groups would of had the ear of the Liberal government to discuss endpoint royalties and the rights of saving seed.

You and all farm Liberal voters should get in the office of Goodale and talk about how bad endpoint royalties and carbon taxes are....

Hate to say it but NFU has been saying these things for a long time. The fact that Ralph isn't responding is on him. But but but he's more an urban type to begin with. But but but where the fk is the sask party and conservative mps from saskatxhewan? You know the rural heros? Are you saying we just vote them in to sit on their asses or do they agree with what's going on here?
And are you really defending Harpers record on farmers power that we ve lost?
                        Give me a break.
We have been and continue to be played for fools that we really are. We get absolutely nothing for giving the so called right which is a myth also our free vote. Every other part of the country makes their representatives voice their issues and then we wonder why bombardier etc get bailouts and when we're in exact same situation nothing happens.

Jesus Christ big wheel ....Yerry Ritz was just honoured again for doing something in his years as a politician......

As an average farmer I don't think he left us in better shape and the ones that follow don't have big shoes to fill...

This might be a good time for someone on Sk Pulse to explain how they show benefit. If it doesn't, there's your answer.
