Somehow I think we have the lowest oil prices and the higher gas and diesel prices....with more refinery capacity for 35 million people.

Bakken has billions of barrels of light sweet crude. Maybe the oil companies should change tactics instead of banging their heads against the wall in the tar sands.

If the existing pipelines had more light crude in them we would have plenty of excess capacity. No new construction needed, no need for refinery either.
