There are limits its a dollar figure anyone who purchases i THINK its 50 mill need approval from foreign investment review board.

They have been blocking a few sales recently.

Mar 11, 2018 | 08:15 6 I had to look up non wetting sand, interesting,never heard of it here, but who knows. We farm some black sandy loam that can be really productive but also a pain when it rains too much and the water table is high.

turning that impermeable layer looks to be a solution in this one case
