The government of Kazakhstan is designing a special road map for the development of agricultural exports, said Agriculture Vice-Minister Nurzhan Altayev on January 4.

New end markets for Kazakh products have been opened to date, including China as an important destination for oilseed complex exports. So, sunseed and soybean supplies to this country went up in the first three months of the current 2017/18 season. In addition, a rise is registered in shipments of soybean and rapeseed oils against the same time last season. Kazakh rapeseed oil exports go solely to China.

In 2018, Kazakhstan and China are expected to agree on the requirements for a number of commodity items, including oilseeds (linseed, rapeseed, safflowerseed), reports UkrAgroConsult.

At the little meeting I at this weekend with a bunch of high brows, they tossed aside their grey goose in favor of a Kazakhstan snow queen vodka. Made from local wheat.

The Asian markets are becoming trading powerhouses while we are worried if our coloured socks are matching. Reply With Quote
