Are loans available for distance education schemes in Canada?

Hey guys, I’m planning to take a real estate license via a California-based distance education scheme from Freedom Business School. My friends want me to pursue the home inspection course and my family recommended me to take building inspector certification. I dunno what to choose. I’m totally confused. I would like to do both the courses simultaneously. Is that possible to complete the course within 6 months of tenure? What do you guys think? Has anyone ever done this before? I want to know whether loans are available for distance education schemes.
