Well I won my court case today!!

Had to go to Fairview and fight a failure to obey a
road sign ticket. The sign Is right beside Doc
Wieders ranch so thats my beef post tie in. So if
your hauling truck loads of bulls from Gaucho's
you don't have to "stop" to check your brakes at
the Dunvegan as the sign implies but does not
    explicitly say.

If you ever have to question someone on the
stand and don't know how to shape it into a
question just say "I put it to you". Once you do this
your free to tell a big long winded story. The judge
tried to stop me once on that but had to concede
    and let me continue.

I argued I could inspect my brakes without
stopping. The judge didn't buy that but he did
agree the sign was not clear. The DOT was trying
to tell me most truckers carry a stick in their truck
to push on the brake pedal to measure all your
brake pots on the side of the frigin road. You
know just block up all your wheels turn off your
brakes and start measuring. Ya hundreds of
trucks a day are doing that one.

I also argued farm truck are not commercial
vehicles so why are you giving those guys
    tickets?

Anyway until the province buys 4 new sign they
won't be handing out tickets at the Dunvegan.

Congrats Allfarmer... hey if you drive by like you do why not stop in... I am pretty sure I got a bull or two that would solve your grain feeding and pampering habit for your cows

Well I do need another bull or 2 so might just have
          to do that.
