    what does CWB apply to?

Does the board control the product (wheat) or the grower? What if the product is shipped within canada? Could you fake them out by shipping east first? Or west and through Southern BC where I understand the CWB has no jurisdiction?
What if the grain is sold to a american and he hauls it down? (backhaul on fert)
What if the farm is owned by somebody with an Ontario address?
Is it tied to the grain, the land, the grower, or the person in possession when it reaches the border?

    Screw the CWB

    It's tied to national licensing.

All wheat and barley must have an export licesne which only the CWB can dish out.

They close their eyes and smile at Ontario and Quebebec, and don't require a license at all, most of the time. But they have spies at customs, etc, so if it was yr grain, they would have u charged!

They moan, and shriek and refuse a license to Westerners and then call the police to have u charged for exporting without a license.

    Only in Canada.

    the un-canadian Wheat Board.
