We know who they are. We know what they are. It's time to name Camada's enemy. And deal with the problem. Pars

It took only about a year for Bush and Cheney to Create Isis. It's gonna take much longer to get rid of them

On Monday an Islamic convert killed a soldier in Quebec and now this happens in Ottawa.
I hope our country gets serious with dealing with terrorists and their families.

Of course none of our useless politicians get a bullet. A country defending citizen gets killed.

How the hell after 9 11 does someone be able to drive up to parlaimentn steps get out carrying a gun and run untouched into am area where our country leaders are? And then pat ourselves on the back because someone was able to catch up in the building and shoot. Wow.

This will change our Parliament permanently. A horrible thing has happened to our country.

To make a joke about this... Is a criminal activity. You are a sick person... The 'bullet' to our MP's comment should get you charges under the criminal code of Canada.

Be Very careful... Threatening the very heart of Canadian Democratic Freedom ... Publically demands a very public...

Lighten Up! It definitely is a wake-up call. My brother was there 2 weeks ago and before they could enter they were screened exactly like an airport screening. So somewhere security failed and its a mixed blessing that the breech showed up with a lone gunman who didn't get a chance to let loose. It could have been so much worse.

Whoa Tom, a flippant remark was prolly not meant in earnest. Let's not invoke the thought police for a trivial off hand remark that would have been best not put in print. If you wish to chastise, OK, but it's not criminal activity.

                            Sam

This is now like Airport Security.

We have had a direct attack by terrorists against our heart and soul... Parliament.

Any one who threatens MP's deserves no less. Very Close attention. I did say Charged by the way... Just like any comment that has been said in an airport. No Boarding... Detained.

Don't think the remark was intended to threaten anyone. My take was he was not advocating shooting useless people. I listened to CBC interview Senator Munson this AM and thought he said very well how we should react and carry forward. Basically that we should not allow this to change how we continue, but it is a real problem for security personnel and that he is confident that security will be competent.
