    Sask. Flooding

How is everyone dealing with the flooding in Saskatchewan? Ranchers did you have time to move your cattle to higher ground?

In general - how many people have disaster/food disaster plans in place (i.e. emergency feed and fresh water supplies)?

In Manitoba, there is all kinds of flooding too. 24 municipalities have declared local states of emergency. The Brandon airport is closed, which has never happened ever as far as I know. It's a lake all around it. Lots of roads closed and washed out south, west, and northwest of Brandon.

It's a mess. We are lucky here. Only got about three inches of rain. It's rolling land here, so we don't get the big "fields turning to lakes" effect, but we are keeping a close eye on the creek in the pasture. It should get wild when the runoff gets here.
