metering auger trouble bourgault 6550 tank???

    We have a 2009 bourgault 6550 tank with 3
    metering augers.

We are seeding peas now with the peas coming out
    of the back tank.

We noticed that the slip clutch on the metering
    auger shaft is slipping.

We emptied the tank to make sure nothing was
jaming up the flighting and it looks all clear inside
and it turns easy when empty.

There is plastic flighting and it looks ok of what we
    can see of it.

We put seed back in and we switched the clutch
from the front tank to the back tank and the same
thing happened again. There is 3 sprockets
attached to the hub that goes on the metering shaft
and it looks like it is a slip clutch of some kind.

We calibrated the metering auger and you can see
the sprockets doing 10 revoltutions to the shafts
one revolution. The key way is not slipping it is in
    the hub or slip clutch.

We took the hub slip clutch home and when we put
it in the vice we can turn it by hand. How much
    resistance should there be?

Not sure if both clutches could be week or if there is
some thing else causing the problem.

We have the front metering shaft not working as
hard as it is only puting on 45 pounds of fert. The
back metering shaft is working a lot harder as it is
puttiing on 165 pounds of peas.

The slip clutch that was giving us trouble at the
back is working on the front metering auger fine.

We seeded about 600 acres of peas with no trouble
    then it started acting up.

any one have experience with this?
