    A neighbor has lost ten head of cattle,poisened according to vets,from eating acorns.Has anyone else heard of or had this happen? Bill at Brandon,MB

      Several years ago we lost two 600lb calves to this. A strong wind had dropped the acorns when they were still partly green and presumably very toxic when eatenin large enough amounts
