660 new holland baler troubles

Good evening i have a New Holland 660 round baler, i put new belts on fairly often when you start to make a bale it does not start rolling bale belts go the hay is spit out between belt and upper roller. then belts go apart and quit going. then you kick it all out and start over. what is the cause and how do i fix it. thanks
