Geese In the Swaths

I never thought we would ever have this
issue, but I have more problem with
geese in my swath grazing in nearly
April, than I had last November. We
still have approximately 1/3 of our
swath grazing for the mature cows left
to go, although I brought our younger
bunch home today and they will have
access to swaths as well. They just
finished their acreage of swaths this
morning.
I could get used to these types of major
issues.

Geese.... Years ago we grew a nice little 3 acre plot of foundation barley to use as seed the next year. The night before we were going to combine it, a flock pulled in. By morning there wasn't kernel of barley or a piece of straw longer than two inches left.

I am hoping to pull through mid to late
april on my swath grazing...Energy is a
bit lower than it was before the geese got
here LOL.
