    I am getting concerns about ergot this year from grain companies. How serious a problem is it? What markets are available if you have it?

    There certainly is more ergot in our wheat than normal. However, the Canadian Grain Commission would be the best source for how wide spread and severe the problem this year. They have already posted canola quality results from this fall's harvest survey (www.cgc.ca), so I expect to see something for wheat soon.
