Of the the 3 major parties???

Conservatives don't have a plan yet...that a bit unnerving because it goes to "trust us" for a vote....

Havant looked at a liberal or NDP plan but to be fair I should....

Anyone here a little concerned about agricultural policy in Canada???

I find them every morning. They look pretty much the same. Then they disappear when I flush the toilet.

That is the single biggest problem is where the conservatives get their advice from...

WCWGA Complimenting the railways the other day....sort of retarded since the railways wrote the press release for them as a sponsor....

I asked the conservative candidate about agriculture....My usual rant....I get back ..." those are all valid points..."

Yup been 7 fu cking years since the open market and still no mandatory sales reporting...I guess when the Chinese buy all our wheat cheap and we find out 6 months later the advisors will wake up to the logic...

And why are we subsidizing american film directors to enter the protein business if its already very well market capitalized???? Capitalist = socialist looking for government money...

On July 5, 2019 Scheer sent a letter to Trudeau calling for tariffs to be imposed on Chinese imports. We all know how well Trump's tariffs are working for US farmers so just wondering if Chinese tariffs are part of the Conservative agricultural platform

Oh and for those of you who are claiming the US is winning the tariff war and China will be destroyed, an interesting read in Financial Times today stating China economic policy has allowed it to more than offset any economic damage from trade war with US.

On the other hand, even with support payments, US farmers are hurting badly from lower prices and lost sales. https://www.forbes.com/sites/mayrarodriguezvalladares/2019/08/12/trumps-trade-wars-are-hurting-midwest-farmers-banks-and-state-coffers/#23ee1d3f5140 https://www.forbes.com/sites/mayrarodriguezvalladares/2019/08/12/trumps-trade-wars-are-hurting-midwest-farmers-banks-and-state-coffers/#23ee1d3f5140

This carbon tax on drying grain must be one of the worst ideas for agriculture ever.

Do Trudeau and Goodale prefer crops to stay in the field to rot or are they just trying to fleece Canadian farmers more than they already are?

Do you really think they care one way or the other, whether your crops rot???
Drying grain burns carbon,,, and that's more important, to more Liberal voters, than your crops rotting.
If your's rot, they'll just get it from somewhere else.
Sarc off /// seems you have to post that here because too many people don't get it!

Liberal strategy to tariffs imposed on western ag exports to China, India, Italy etc.....DO NOTHING!!!! Yea that works. Meanwhile, back on the ranch, let’s throw a few billion at supply management The hypocrisy is sickening.
