    Deferred Prosecution Agreements

Are there similarities between SNC- Lavalin and the Liberal federal government's questionable behavior.

    - Executives for Lavalin supposedly gave bribes to officials in Libya in return for contruction projects which
    would result in financial reward.

    - PMO may have intimidated the Justice Minister to direct the prosecutors to allow SNC-Lavalin to be
penalized under the Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA) which would allow Lavalin to get back to business as usual, which means happy employees (Liberal voters) . . . . . . Liberals retaining power for another term . . . . . financial reward.

The west may have had more sympathy for the liberals and their dilemma regarding Lavalin on whether to prosecute or allow DPA had they openly debated this in the house of commons, allowed pipelines to be built in the west and the mayor of Montreal, Denis Codere would have embraced the Energy East project although he may have been guided by Ottawa on that decision.

It appears DPA's are good for corporation's but are they only beneficial to employees of that company and region.

Just wondering if any of the paper shredders that over heated in the PMO's office would be covered by warranty.

Can the Principal Secretary in the PMO office be criminally charged with influencing a Justice Minister?

Legally I would think that would be hard to prove since it’s not really expected that a justice minister listens to anyone. She should have got the police immediately if that was the case. And did she actually do anything based on that coercion assuming there was?
Would have to be some documents or memos or emails etc. I would think. Tape recorder? Hahaha
