Prices drop way faster than they go up. But if the crop is really as small as you say. You will be well rewarded for holding for a seasonal rally. Prices should swing higher than normal.

high prices don’t spike up for long. End users get creative and use other products or import from elsewhere.

As a guy who tends to get too greedy and miss out on the highs, I recommend you sell some at the good prices.
