    Morneau's villa in Provence France

CBC found his corp and villa in Provence France, but our dear 'finance minister" just forgot about it. 🙄 He's so busy trying to kill this country, he never had time to report this corp, who'd of thunk it?

    Who woulda thunk eh ??
Thus he has no problem implementing all extra tax burden on the average Canadian . It will effect him and his fortunes.. 0 .
In fact I would bet not one dime extra will come out of his pocket to save the planet

There is likely a lot more than Billionaire Billy "forgot" to mention.

Bill is starting to have a few memory lapses and conflicts of interest now that he has the attention on him.

I'm thinking we will hear more about our federal finance ministers unethical behaviour.

Why the **** these guys put themselves in these positions is beyond me.... if you're weaselly in private life it's bad enough but when you take on the position of being a public servant.... scrutiny is pretty intense!

Morneau is going to quit-wait and see. Within a few months he's gone is my thinking. The thrill of being elected dissipates pretty quickly, and then hard decisions and scrutiny and, well a multi millionaire just doesn't need that unless they are truly committed to public service (like Paul Martin was) so he'll get out of dodge.
However, an actionable take home from the last while of liberal fiasco, for all SK farmers soon to vote in commission elections is that the NFU endorsed the moves this pair of idiots (Trudeau and Moroneau) were trying to kill our economy with. Several NFU backed candidates are running for Wheat and a couple for Pulse, Make sure they don't get the chance to represent real farmers and the ag industry. NFU also trying to stir up fear and slate voting with that latest op-ed previously discussed. It is as full of misinformation as it can be. So pay attention during the elections and exercise your right to vote. It's important.

If he was a public servant who didn't disclose, he'd be gone, mit the boot!

There was a REASON THEY MADE ACCESS TO INFORMATION more difficult despite the vociferous criticism of Harper and the failed election promise.

You're beginning to sound like a Liberal cheerleader! Just the thought of rubbing shoulders with them and drinking their Koolaid tonight has you babbling incoherently! By the end of the night you'll be a card carrying Liberal!

From the NP, Morneua's failure to disclose was an "administrative error", LOL!! -

"...A number of Liberal MPs, including finance committee chair Wayne Easter, have complained about the messaging surrounding the proposals, which they say portrays small business owners as tax cheats.

The Conservatives have used the furor to accuse Morneau of hypocrisy, targeting small business owners while doing nothing to deal with legal tax avoidance strategies used by large corporations like Morneau Shepell, a human resources company headed by the minister until his appointment to cabinet in 2015.

That line of attack was bolstered Friday by news that for two years, Morneau failed to disclose to the federal ethics commissioner that he and his wife are partners in a private company that owns a family villa in southern France. CBC News reported that holding property through a private company is useful in avoiding inheritance taxes in France.

Morneau’s ownership of the villa was disclosed but the involvement of the private company was not until last month, when CBC began to ask questions about it.

Dan Lauzon, a spokesman for Morneau, called the failure to disclose the company an “administrative error” and said the minister’s office is working with federal ethics watchdog Mary Dawson to ensure he’s “in full compliance with the spirit and letter of the rules...”

What a friggin liar holds the post of Finance Minister.
