Maybe Correct Maybe not Will Word it carefully

Sitting on the fence open for comments.

One of our news/current affair/political shows on TV was talking about politics worldwide debacle in UK with brexit then alternative is corbyn, german parliment a dogs breakfast australia in no mans land seemingly neither conservative or socialistic.

Then one piped up and said look no further than north america USA right wing and will continue Canada very left wing. I thought of you guys and many comments on both sides.

At the end of the day they decided maybe australia isnt so bad with middle ground.

Who know politics world wide seemingly is a popularity contest nowadays rather than good policy.

I actually prefer to have a left or a right at least you know were they stand this middle ground stuff nothing gets done.

I think this current Canadian Government is an open wound on Canada's International reputation....if re-elected they will leave a permanent scar.

Goodness it's hard to fathom the old cliche that "people get the Government they deserve". Does Canada and it's people really deserve what we got? Did the Lib voters expect it to be this bad or did they get blindsided?

I am still stunned that there are no old liberal cronies pulling clown boy aside and at the least giving him some direction.
He has not grown up at all. The only thing that was in his favour is that he knows how to behave in public. This comes from being good looking and a product of an affluent family. He is ****ing that up everytime he visits a different country.
He chose his cabinet on ideologies. Ideologies do not pay the bills, improve trade or solve problems. Our parade marshal has work to do and that doesn’t even click in his head. I find it unbelievable our population allows him to continue to function as Prime Minister of this country.

My general opinion on the USA, the right and left have gone to the extremes. This is toxic and will leas to more bizarre public conflict. The “Us vs. Them” identity labelling creates even more polarization. Mainstream and social media encourages this. Peace and harmony has lost public favour. conflict, strife, disasters, war, chaos is the new entertainment in the US.

I'd say Canada mildly left wing it's really a centrist platform other than if you see it so far out on the right wing that you thing it's so far away. Very left wing would see wide spread nationalization of industry, with unions running the country as happened in the UK in the 70s. Not the case here by any stretch of the imagination.

Its so stupid left it's not even funny.

We have an idiot that I gave a chance and after 6 months just called him by his real name Idiot.

The liberal party is pigs and the coffers are full with JT bringing in cash for the liberal brass. He has also got rid of most of the old guard.

Sad the sun of Satan is worse than he was.

I don't believe we have moved left . The U.S. is being pushed right by Trump and the comparison gives the impression that Canada is moving left. The scars Trump will leave make Trudeau look like an Angel. The Saudis were looking for a whipping boy so they picked a country they do a small amount of trade with. If they continue they will be viewed a pariah by the civilized world.

The Saudis didn't pick this fight...Trudeau's minions did...but the Saudis will definitely lay some hurt on this government.

Much like when I see parents in public with kids ...I don't comment because I don't know there instances ...and learning from my kids there is a good reason why it gets to a boiling point...non of my business but sometimes a kind smile or a conversation quietly can ease the stress....

Twitter and Facebook are gossip tools....no way to run the business of the canadian government.

The Saudi leadership knows they are fighting a losing battle in world opinion. that is why they have attacked Canada. They have been subjected to more intense criticism before but have not reacted.

                      It’s 160% Canada’s fault.

If I (bucket) came to your farm and told you(agstar77) every thing you were doing wrong from my perspective and made it public.....chances are, agstar77 would at the first chance, lay a public beating on bucket....

So let's put this in perspective. ..If Trudeau (canada) publicly offends another country (Saudi Arabia) on their practices right or wrong....that country would probably be pissed....

Trudeau has no muscle in this fight....

The Libs here are put off by Trump, and think Trudum is much better, and are certain the Dum will win next election. He’ll definitely get all immigrant votes. Singh will win in Burnaby, so NDP May split vote.

It almost makes me laugh when I think back to the last election and Justin and the Liberals all gitty with winning and cheering “ Canada’s back Canada’s back”
Back from being respected in the World to the point of being laughed at.

Heard Frank McKenna on the radio(Roy Green Show) about a month or more ago, former Liberal premier of New Brunswick for 10 years.

The man is still a Liberal, but sounded like such an adult, and so intelligent, compared young Trudeau, it was a good reminder of where Liberals used to be, on the political scale. I believe the subject was the illegal economic migrates entering Canada,,,at will. He was very critical of Trudeau, and the new Liberal government policy of letting these migrants in the country.

Have also heard Jon Manley on the radio, who also sounded like an adult,,,critical of Trudeau, and where he's taking the Liberal party and the country.

BTW aggie, Trump is not that far right leaning, he's not even close to R. Reagan, give me a break. Cripe, Trump used to be a Democrat, and was helping Hillary as recently as 10 years ago. Democrats are moving left at break neck speed. Bernie Sanders and his new protégé, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are full on communist, self describing as socialist. This is how Trump gets re-elected for a second term !
