      FarmTech is very expensive. Often the crowds largest majority is board members and industry who get their tickets paid for. I would totally be in to doing a video lecture if someone put one on.

      Maybe i'm just poor and farming is now a rich persons game,

      So, CropsConnect, FarmTech, CropSpheres, committees, how about video'ing some of the good ones? It costs practically nothing. Or definitely, start a video conf.

      We use Zoom worldwide for AgOpenGPS, with many people on line on video. Great way to communicate. Session is recorded and put on youtube. this isn't rocket science.

          Exactly. A lot of these exhibition associations are justifying their existence by hosting these events and having the trade shows. Not to mention what it costs to get decent speakers in whom are not shills.

            And the exhibition associations are government supported as well....more of that 9 to 1 return on handout because its really not an investment ...its a handout....

              Cropshere is supported by the saskeverything commissions, governments, and others supported by farmers ....then farmers pay a fee to have people tell them how to think....

                I never charge anything - but then you may think i'm not decent. It takes at least 15 to 20 hours to make an informative and unique presentation.
