Italy still a no show for Durum sales

Anyone know if any of our farm groups have been lobbying our feds to get the ball rolling on fixing this problem? Or have feds done anything? They buy roughly 20% of our exports every year. And still nothing this year. Country of origin labeling has killed it.

Daylate, were you at SaskWheat's Think Wheat Meeting?

As an exporting country we are at everyone's mercy.

Are MRL's established for Canadian Durum to Italy/Europe?

Maybe we better watch how we use certain chems before we lose them completely. I think dicamba can't be used during certain times of the year in the States.

.......sell the swather, did anyone notice how short our season is, there is an option to preharvest, thankfully I'm not dependant on it. Maybe it's time to differentiate and segregate(right bucket 😉)and offer premiums.

Haven't been to any meetings. Just wantcto know if anyone is doing anything. They've stopped it on a counteybof origin labeland it's just as illegal as COOL on beef to the statement we beat that. Het the lawyer to switch the word beef with durum and send it. Let them find a better reason to block it later with Glyphosate residues or whatever flavour they try to stop import on.
