    Just Weather

Just Weather in Europe. Record high temp. No water for crops etc. We shall see if this "weather" lasts more than this year.

It certainly is interesting but there will be some statistics that says it has happened before.

Probably why some of the infrastructure was built in the first place to hold or control the water.

Not arguing on this , but it only gets attention when things get this bad. Western Canada could be speckled with water holding lakes on the saskatchewan river system that would help.

Instead we flush it like a toilet every year.

Listened to Les Henry on Gormley....yes all the "weather" has happened before, the Feds are full of sh it, climate repeats, July is T- storms always has been. C02 is BS, Nox is infinitesimal! Les says it's measured in GRAMS/hectare!

Crop reside can add as much of it as fertilizer! nearly 100% of fertilizer is underground, does not add C02 to the atmosphere.

        So now what? Cancel agriculture?

Nobody eats, because cows fart methane, reside rots, fertilizer/hydrocarbons kill the climate/earth?

i remember back in th 70s when we were kids in ireland their was a long roasting hot summer , grass burnt brown , lot farmers hauling water for cattle for wells and most streams dried up , i have been gone from ireland a good while now but i dont think it was ever as dry since , was that climate change back then too ?

There are a few billion under heat advisory every day in the ME.

              Just more climate scaremongering.

If I was Europe I would be worried about filling those gas caverns before winter and not about some couple day temp anomaly.

Obviously the satellites are scanning what is actually happening… there are N O surprises on where our production is going this summer in western Canada.

Storm events will, as is normal in Western Canada… determine the final outcome of the production in 2022… NO one but the great Creator himself… knows the outcome of our future!

Blessings and Salutations, hope all is well with you Larry. Spoke with John D this morning… got an old CWB monitor from 2013… wow…Some folks worry about‘
                  Our “privacy’ now?!!!!

Just thinking about how wildly we were manipulated before August 1 2012!!!

Farmers, the biggest speculators… who have endless opportunity to manage prices paid for their production in 2022!!!

Unbelievable opportunity for us to be risk managers… for our farms and families!

Lots of yellow fields in our area too. Mostly sprayed off fields of wheat ,canola and barley and weeds from being drowned out and hailed. Greenfeed did jump thou from those plus 30 days and got another 20mm of rain last night. First cut hay not best quality but hope for nice second cut.

Here is where we diverge in opinions...

Storms? The amount of hail loss versus the shower that just went through is a net gain on bushels. The deluge in MB this morning is a different story.
Export Sales reporting - dick done - resolutions passed everywhere.
Carbon Credit bs - nothing done and now western Canada is looking at the same s/h/i/t/ that Netherlands are...

So keep giving up free info...the Sat data IS not showing 2013 values yet.
You give up enough of your info to STATSCAN and get nothing back in return.
No one draws a line in the sand...just keep giving.

Not everyone is in the aqua zone:

"A solar storm is predicted to hit the Earth tomorrow [that was today.....but] that could disrupt GPS and radio signals.

The impact of a “snake-like filament” from the Sun, which Nasa predicts will happen on 19 July, will be a “direct hit” according to Dr Tamitha Skov, adding that we should “expect signal disruptions on Earth’s nightside”. It is also possible that aurora might be visible in some regions of the Earth.

Direct Hit! A snake-like filament launched as a big #solarstorm while in the Earth-strike zone. NASA predicts impact early July 19. Strong #aurora shows possible with this one, deep into mid-latitudes. Amateur #radio & #GPS users expect signal disruptions on Earth's nightside. pic.twitter.com/7FHgS63xiU

                              — Dr. Tamitha Skov (@TamithaSkov) July 16, 2022

However, it is possible that the storm could also come later this week. The G1-class storm – which is “minor” but could impact satellite operations – could strike the Earth on 20 or 21 July, according to SpaceWeather.

The origins of the storm come from a coronal mass ejection, a release of plasma and magnetic energy, which leapt from the Sun on 15 July by an unstable filament of magnetism. These eruptions are capable of releasing 100,000 times more energy than all the power plants on Earth generate throughout a year."

GPS, radio signals, and satellites could be disrupted despite the storm being ‘minor’
