    Harvest Music

Thought we need something different to talk about and this topic popped into my mind. What does everyone like to listen to in the combine, truck, swather, grain cart tractor, or whatever else you do at harvest.
AC/DC is a little hard in the morning, for the most part I listen to Gormley. When there’s a topic I don’t like the music comes on. I have somewhere around 300 songs on my phone so that gets played all harvest.
I don’t like country music, except for Eric Church if you consider that country? Being growing up in the 80s that was to me the best era of music.
I have some older stuff I like also.
If I can pick up some FM channels I listen to 94.5 Jack FM. I have a couple FM apps on my phone so will listen to that also.
Like listen to the sports show in the afternoon.
Once 6:00 comes it’s solid music till we quit usually around 11-12.
I’ve always needed music and can be picky to what I listen to.

You can't go wrong with anything from the late great Tom Petty.
" Free Fallin" is probably my favorite all time song, but I can always relate to "Into the Great Wide Open"

        "Into the great wide open"
        "Under the sky of blue"
        "Into the great wide open"
        "A rebel without a clue"

        Tom Petty

Justin T. and Butts meditate while playing Biebers music backwards and that's where they get their guidance to govern the country.

I did like country in the early 90s, only because rap and dance was the the big thing then.
Rock has always been my taste.
Won’t listen to metal though, at least the real hard stuff.

You can now stream Sirius XM on your phone (Bluetooth to your cab stereo) so lots of music options. Just download the SXM app if you don’t have it.

Don't know about harvest music but I discovered a girl on Youtube recently that can really sing. Started at age 5 and is about 20 now - she has done covers of hundreds of songs, mainly country songs but with a strong bluegrass flavor. Maybe not everyone's taste but holy crap she has some voice. Strange how some get "discovered" and become rich and famous and others like this girl are over looked - it's not for lack of talent.
A.J Lee is the name - starting out as a 10 year old
