    Interesting gluten intolerance research.

    Interesting.

Particularly because some in our family have noted a distinct benefit since we switched to using flour made from Red Fife wheat. So it's not a matter of complete intolerance.

This article will provide some interesting discussion and experimentation for those of us who are affected. Thanks for posting the link.

Maybe start by eating bread made from basic ingredients and wheat that hasn't had a pile of non required chems thrown on it while it was grown and processed.

This is what bread looks like made from wheat flour grown on our farm... Yeast... Water... Pinch of salt fresh crushed canola oil pinch of sugar tblsp of malt vinegar and tblsp of fresh lemon juice.

(We have an oil press, a flour mill, mini grain cleaners, a dehuller and a mini indoor lemon tree)

Have been following this Fructons issue for awhile. Very interesting indeed. Becareful or we will have another class of wheat with low fructose perimeters.

Bet you never had porridge bread, made with cooked Sunny Boy and fancy molasses?
