            First opportunity to short Kansas in months popped up so shorted one March on paper.
            Got stopped out with 368.75 US less fees.

            This morning Kansas has gapped up.
            Positioning for USDA report?

                    Chicago wheat is back above $6 on Russian tax talks. A ballpark estimate: the tax could lead to smaller exports in 20/21 by a few million tons. SovEcon most recent export forecast is 40.8 MMT. Putin attempting to cool domestic food inflation . . . .

                            I just don't "think" and "feel" the wheat market has any legs under it.

                                Thanks for thhe chart farming101. I'll bookmark that.
                                The cynic might point out that this marketing year is only 1/3 through. The 94th percentile today could still end up in the bottom third.
