Sounds like Trudeau has made history blocking an RCMP investigation by calling an election.
He is also skipping the first political debate to avoid answering any questions.

Sounds like an innocent guy doesn’t he? 😂

I will go back to the Harper years....have a Prime Minister that showed up for work everyday on behalf of Canadians....and wasn't an embarrassment on the world stage...

man Trudeau stacked his cabinet with incompetents and went all in for quebec and now he is probably going to be charged after the election. What for? Or is there something deeper and darker being hidden.

thanks for making my point Bucket. You ignore that Harper was the only Canadian PM ever to be found in contempt of parliament - and not once but twice. You forgot about the numerous Senate scandals - Duffy, Wallan, Brazeau - all Harper appointees and the coverups his office attempted such as the Wright payment. Your forgot the In/Out election scandal or the G8 funding scandal. You forgot the lack of support he showed for veterans. It was his government's ignoring Canadian courts rulings regarding Khadar's rights that resulted in the the $10,000,000 payment to Khadar. And you always complain about the lack of transparency in grain pricing, that only got worse when they did an incomplete job of getting rid of the CWB.

No matter who is in government, unless they are held accountable by not only the opposition but by their supporters as well, they will fail ethically at some point in time. Simply showing up for work is not enough.

If Trudeau is willing to miss debates, then the opposition parties need to be willing to spend lots of time during those debates, speaking of Trudeau's obstruction and what he could be hiding from Canadians.

Yeah dml your revisionist harper blame wont cut it and it doesn't even register in terms of what skippy has done, not only to our democracy but our economy.

harpers indiscretions are nothing and he never personally was implicated nor investigated. Nor did he block any inquiry.

Yes ....I can't argue your points ...but I didn't give them a free pass...but you also have to remember under Harper the country was much more united than it is today...

I don't there was a free for all in money flowing either...

The wright payment was a problem but the taxpayers were made whole unless you count all the wasted effort investigating it....

And Yerry did a shit job implementing the open market no doubt... by bad advice from the masters/sponsors that run the WCWGA and had his ear to whisper in...

And no one has corrected it....

Support for veterans ...what did Trudeau say...he didn't have the money ?????

Australia had election back in May.

Conservatives expected to lose power and lose big.

Socialists and greens to increase seats.

Was by some dubbed climate change election not sure if thats correct.

Many of the "old guard" in consevatives retired in months before election was due.

Conservatives won with increases i think in all states.

                      Polls horribly incorrect.

Since election socilaits gone from bad to worse as have greens.

Australia is very very much a right leaning country and resource and export rich country. Threats of carbon tax to be revisted for third time didnt auger well been repealed never to return by conservatives. Technically never made it through parliment.

Many coal workers or mining industry workers actually voted conservative worried about jobs and incessant threats to coal gas and all mining.

Parralles canada to a degree i guess.
