            Thanks for posting them.

I really do think we spend too much growing crops in Wedtern Canada.

Our margins may not be very different from each other's.

Best of luck. Is that the Jack Russell's beer?

Planned cost $172 per ha will blow that out sadly

Have a broadleaf spray to come $9;per ha potential fungicide and maybe splash of urea yet 40 kg per ha plus harvest so make it $210 or 20 per ha costs.

If it goes 2 t ha all sweet 3t wowsa 1 t ha struggle town, frost errr holy hell

Don’t forget machinery depreciation , payments, rates taxes blah blah you know the story

So jury is in farm in Canuck land and beer is cheaper and humour sharper

Oh and ps before anyone cracks a wobbly not a show and tell just giving you a snapshot of here. Or to show benefits of were we each farm or perceived benefits.

Kinda why I connect with farmaholics thinking at times, at least if we fall of the ladder we are near the bottom rungs dont hurt so much

Yup, keep expectations low, not as far to fall if there are disappointments. Better to meet or exceed low expectations than fall short of high ones. Ghetto thinking.

                        Current forwards here

Canola $547 wheat bog standard $255 feed barley $190 lupins unknown forward but spot price today delivery tomorrow $600 All these prices on farm.

As you can see crapola prices heat gone out if market domestically hence prices all export based. But come harvest domestic prices rise November until crop size known but you gotta be quick at times then wait till Feb March April to move again. But can deliver and price grain here almost 7 days a week 24/7 if ya want.

Very liquid market maybe to much at times , buyer know what we’ve got we know what they want with shippin* shedulkes announced and tonnes and wether there short or long, but once shackles of disorganised single desk are removed it becomes easier.
