headline.....Farm groups want action on blockades

I am beginning to think we should join the blockades....what would be the downside?

We are getting phucked by everyone asking for them to take down the blockades including the farm groups ....

Its time to join them and assert some intelligence from farmers that we are sick of taking it.....

this ought to be an interesting conversation....always like to stir the pot

I agree, let them continue. Its the only way to wake up eastern Canada. Quebec, Ont and Maritimes affected now.

I've got a cash advance, I can watch the bins for a few more months. That's worth seeing skippy get raked.

Especially since it's legal to protest and if people bother you it's disturbing the peace like what happened to the guy wanting to get gas at a blockaded coop station...

Farmers could have so much fun...we are already considered assholes to the general public... why not show them how big of assholes we can be?

The protestors in BC are against their members getting/having an income from the project, so farmers wrecking exports of our own not far off? Police will be sympathetic.....

What pisses me off is the way the government intervenes on behalf of the railways....now when farmers need support...the government ignores the issues...

Government help doesn't always mean financial. ...for CN it may be using force....while for farmers it maybe financial....

I think farmers are missing an opportunity to get government attention....

What we need is a college kid in agriculture to stare at a chief the wrong way at a crossing so CBC can report it.....

Hahaha....that will do it....maybe he would make Outstanding Young Farmer...

The one thing for certain since the AFN is suing for 10 billion. ...these protests are going to be very profitable for the natives when Trudeau gets home.....

I say we hang on to the indigneous people's coat tails for some scraps.....

Why at 3 in the morning do I do some of my best thinking?

BTW the farm groups have to change their MO ( Modus Operandi) if they want any recognition....because what they are doing .....ain't working...with any stripe of government....

Maybe I should send my kid to do it....

                      Payday!!!!!!!!

                      Sarcasm.....

Seriously....the government has to be called when CN shuts the system down and now the government has to called when it gets shut down again....

Why not just be a crown Corp again FFS!!!!

The location maybe different but the story is the same across the world. It isn't just in our backyard.

Western Canadian farmers use to hold protest rallies back in the 80s and 90s. Quebec farmers were just holding protests against the railways this fall in Ottawa.

Western Canadian farmers are so divided on everything. You got the WCWGA being sponsored by big Ag companies and the railways, do you think any of their members would ever protest?

Agriville is the only place any protesting ever happens.

This whole mess is a direct result of the incompetence of Trudeau's government....consultations should have started with the hereditary chiefs long ago and once they signed off ...in writing...and witnessed....with a smudging ceremony....then the band chiefs with the same procedure....

Alll they created was an excuse to do nothing and continue to run this country into the poorhouse....

I don't care if this goes on for a while....a few more people need to feel the pain from the incompetent assholes in Ottawa...

While the chiefs have an issue they should just be put on the list.....because farmers have been trying to get something on trade and BRMs for years...

                            Someone give them a number.....

Post Office would have worked but now I suppose they all get their cheques by direct deposit.
