Notley’s plan to “modernize” education is SCAREY. Critical Race and Q-ueer Theory are top of agenda. All while the NDP government taxes out businesses. Horrors! There would be a mass exodus outta Alberta, sure glad I didn’t buy that condo in Calgary? It’ll be a ghost town if Lefty Loonies win.

Yup like the mass exodus from California and most democratic run cities of the wealth creating tax payers . What’s “left” behind is nothing but looney tunes , crime and a massive drug addicted population. Chicago, Portland , Baltimore…. The list getting longer every year

Gawd, I had to Google critical race theory. Can't we just teach honest history and let kids practice good judgement? Big Brother knows best but sure is repeating history.

More lame and juvenile Agri"silly" responses? LOL

Even the fact that Notley and the NDP are in the running in Alberta should be enough of an indicator that not everyone agrees with many of the fringe views on Agrislly.

It must be difficult for many far right Albertans to accept the reality that there are a lot people who hold more progressive views similar to mine right in your own backyard. And about 50% of them may vote for the NDP.

U underestimate us. It's not difficult at all. We are well aware that the union party has a strong following in certain urban ridings.
Our children and grandchildren will have no inkling of what could have been. Only we know we are the last "higher" living generation. I am fine with that. I won't be around to say I told you so.
Besides, we get enough of that from you present day.
Why do you hate so much?

              Disappointed would be the word.
Disappointed in our education system and universities , and the lack of responsible parenting and the media and the unions and the government workforce, which in and of itself overwhelms the productive workforce at the polling booth
We are at the point where the majority of the population is happy to vote for more free stuff under the promise that they will take it away from someone else who worked harder than them. Just read Chuck's posts for a daily reminder of this attitude. He is not a minority in his selfish, envious, jealous attitude. These people could care less about the consequences of anything beyond next tuesday. All about short-term game at someone else's expense.
And when they are financed by The unions, who are financed in large part by our tax dollars, very difficult for the private sector to compete with that.
Why that isn't declared a conflict of interest, is a mystery.
If you really think about it, should government employees even have the right to vote? It would be like giving your kids the right to vote on their allowance. You have three kids and two parents, guess how that turns out.

Watching the civilization our forefathers worked for…. Being dismantled is annoying and disappointing.

Clearly Mathew 24 provides ample warning for our communities… if selfishness, frivolous decadent arrogance, and deceit become the religious standards … climate change, evolution, AI computerization… drone warfare to kill humanity… dehumanizing the family, slaughter of innocent children… selling of body parts… denial of the Spiritual life that makes humanity different than the rest of living creatures and creation.

If humanity are just creatures with no consciousness… then evil reigns as good and evil do not determine freedom, justice or Love.

We as humanity have sunk to a sad state of dismal mediocrity… civilization that holds nothing sacred… except “feeling‘good’” and the bullies who are the boldest …”win “ the “democratic right “ to govern the humble and compassionate. Our choice… to be cowardly and hide in our alternative realities…

Blessings and Prayers…. We really really need some rain…

One thing that can’t be disputed…” We reap what we sow” and God is watching our every choice!

That statement says more about the dystopian future the NDP has planned for us than it does about the state of education.
If those are the skills required to navigate the future.

Message to my friends in Alberta :

If you want to see what the NDP can do for a province , just ask some of us here in Saskatchewan!!!!!

50 years of mediocrity, stagnant to no growth , economic wasteland , etc. and closing hospitals and schools , while catering to unions . Losing people who don't have a job prospect also, in case anyone remembers that.

Higher taxes , and no explanations , just blame someone else for the problems they created. THAT IS THE NDP !!!

I hope and pray your province does NOT vote for Rachel Knothead on May 31st.

Remember Jagmeet is her boss, how would you like him to run the country , and she's pretty cozy with our current PM , who is a disgrace to this country, period!

Just my opinion , but you do not want the NDP running your province .

I fell asleep watching TV last night, nothing unusual. I awoke at midnight and happened to turn on Global B.C. News. The first story was about a major B.C. Pub chain “the Donnelly Group” filing for creditor protection. They said they ran into a wall. “The wall was a shortage of labour, it was the inflation we’ve been faced with, it was the increasing costs put on by government — paid sick leave, more holidays, the increase in the minimum wage.” The next story was about B.C. businesses eating $6.5 billion in government imposed costs over 3 years. Wow! The next story was about the Surrey Memorial Hospital being in crisis!

So in the socialist NDP Mecca of British Columbia things aren’t so rosey, let’s hope Alberta doesn’t go down the socialist road and put Rachel Notley in power. The past in Alberta and the present in B.C. show that the NDP lead to higher taxes and business failure!

In 1987 I was 18 at the time, after graduation a lot of my grad class headed to Alberta. There was a reason for that.
