Alberta should mind its own provincial affairs and let the federal government and canadians decide federal spending.

And your list is just a matter of opinion. I would say maybe we shouldn't waste taxpayers money on another oil pipeline and let the oil companies pay for it!

Most of the federal transfers to Alberta come with no strings and are for health and social programs.
