No resentment for dairy over this way, I’m lactose intolerant so don’t give a crap but when Mark Carnage tosses the whole country under the bus so he can receive votes from the frenchies and laugh at his supporters while doing it is diabolical, just remember, the enemy of my enemy is my friend!
I’ll add this for the ones in the back that have a hard time comprehending, GO TRUMP!

We never have been nor will be "in" the US.Originally posted by agstar77 View Post
That's all well and good ,but what do you propose Canada does with its 40 million people. We have no place in a declining imperial power like the U.S. There is not really anything we can offer that will satisfy Trump.
Of course Trump will never stop. But Congress has never been "satisfied" in it's history either.
It is our responsibility alone to look in the mirror and ask what we have done for our own economic sovereignty.
I don't hear much realism regarding any issues. And we have a plethora right at home.
One politician alone isn't entirely to blame for everything we want to find wrong today. Including our own past Idiot King.
Denying the sphere we must work with is foolish. Not cleaning up our own ultimately defeating.

I grew up milking cows and still drink at least a pint a day and use butter. Irrelevant. Took 50 years to attempt a modernization of our grain industry, milk will take at least as long.
I know some kiwis who immigrated here right after their dairy crash. It was harsh. Thriving over there now.
Again, the industry should want to stay healthy by it's own direction rather than an increasing transfer from the poor.

And one for the truth stranger than fiction file
Hired man smokes rez smokes. Less than half price.
American tobacco in it. Manufactured in a "nation" that straddles our two borders that neither can check. $300 fine if he's just caught with them.
Another
Larger commercial property in our small town purchased sight unseen by an aggressive bidder who has never set foot on the property.
It will likely sit unused long enough to launder most or all the subsequent resale and write off.
We are our own worst enemies. Completely naive. Can't even wipe your own nose with your elbows up.
