I can't imagine the mental turmoil these people go through.
Or the results of surgery when they end up with anatomy that doesn't work, feel or look like the natural thing.
BUTCHERY! I'd bet they suffer as much, or more mental turmoil after the surgery as they did before.
Maybe the money would be better spent on mental health care than surgery.

Farmaholic the healthcare system spends almost nothing on gender issues and a massive amount on people who smoke, drink, eat crap and don't exercise. All choices.

The number of surgeries and amount of gender support is so small as to hardly cost anything relative to all the other much more serious costs to the healthcare system.

So don't try to sell us the idea that gender care is a big budget item that warrants your or anyone else's fake concern!

It's all about social conservatives archaic views about gender, ideology and their intolerance of the LGBQT+ community.

So if you want to bring up healthcare costs focus where it matters!
