The far left likes telling the normal people that the new world order is a conspiracy theory, how many times does Mark tell us that the new world order is his baby? He wrote a book about it and now at least twice this year he’s been bragging about it, this year isn’t a month old yet…

Agree. In psychology it's an action designed to influence or control.
Often associated with underhanded.

Persuasion, the ability to move others to a desired action, may be a better word choice.
