As for Coutts, Jim Willett just the small town Mayor of Coutts pleaded with the gun slingers to go home with no result, obviously they had no regard as to all the disruptions they were causing rurual fellow Albertans.

The gun slingers had to be arrested by the RCMP before the rest of the freeloaders scattered. So who was calling the shots at Coutts?
