                            so after all that are you admitting governments lied when they said safe and effective countless times ? i never once heard them saying their was risk attached

                                There is risk when you get in your car . Does anyone mention the risk? They would not sell any cars if all they talked about is

                                risk. Safe is a relative term. I did not hear anyone say zero risk.
