It isn't their fault that regulations and taxes have discouraged and made home building cost prohibitive and time prohibitive.

It isn't their fault that government mismanagement of the economy and green energy have left the consumer with no good job or business opportunities. While increasing the population without allowing industries to thrive to provide economic opportunities.

Successive governments have created the crisis. Now they want to be the heroes who solve crisis they created. Which creates the next crisis which will need more government intervention to solve. The relentless spiral down into socialism.

That's a really naive and disturbing idea. So you would have limited the number of foreign nurses, doctors, farmers coming to Canada?

You obviously don't understand the demographic challenge of too many senior baby boomers and healthcare nor do you understand that birthrates have fallen below replacement.

You gotta love well off land owning wanna be republicans who don't really give a damn about low income people who don't have housing!

So did Harper cause the financial crisis in 2008 which followed by an oil boom that drove up inflation and our currency which caused loss of manufacturing job losses?

Did Trudeau cause the covid pandemic, another worldwide economic shock, in which the the US also had to bail out millions of americans and businesses with injections of cash?

And with both these financial shocks, interest rates remained low to stimulate the economy which drove higher inflation in housing prices. Coupled with increasing population demand in the most recent years which has made the crisis worse!

Furrows absurd idea is to suggest we let in 15 million too many people!

And as inflation and the cost of living increases are affecting many countries including the USA where you want to live, you are only blaming Canadian politicians for global economic crises?

It has nothing to do with individuals who have too much house and too much debt? We lead the G7 in personal debt levels.

And you don't want to fix the immediate problem but instead talk about socialism when you are the beneficiary of the "socialists" subsidies to farmers?
