The biggest benefit from the TMX is it raised the price on every barrel produced by lowering the differential.

But the Liberals lowered investor confidence in Canada with all their rhetoric to the point where the money is all going south.
That's why TMX turned into a government boondoggle.

The same thing is happening under Carney.
Enbridge says they have no plans for Canadian capex.
Thier expansion plans are all elsewhere, including Mexico.

Carney is clearly a Davos man.
Investors have fled that BS.
Canada is in for some hard times with investment going south at record levels
