      200 people on the ballot just adds to many peoples opinion that our elections are a waste of their time.

        That map would also be accurate if you replaced those words with " the people who live in this big circle produce all of the wealth that supports the people who live in this tiny area".

          Man. Honestly. Some of you guys are either incredddibly lazy or incredibly lame.
          the longest ballot commitee has targeted several elections in liberal and con ridings over the years. They are doing this in order to PROTEST THE FIRST PAST THE POST system we have here in canada!
          its not fraud. Its not tampering. Its also totally legal.
          THEY ARE TRYING TO DRAW ATTENTION for electoral reform and feel that any reform made should NOT be done by those elected as its a clear conflict of interest.

          This is.. quite literally.. a grassroots organization that is trying to change things for you and me... and is pointing out the absurdity of the process. It appears as though the liberals are actually going to make it more difficult for stacking the ballot to happen.

          in grade 2 i wrote a book about how i wanted to be a fire truck. Not a fire fighter. But a fire truck. Like... the truck itself. Nobody cares bro.

          Who would complain about the absurdity of the system... by complaining about the people trying to point out the absurdity of the system? Seems kind of absurd.
