I’m sure in 20 years I’ll be old as Chuck and the majority on here bitching about how dysfunctional this country is. We are like the us’s kept kid. We think we are sovereign and this great place but ultimately American interests ultimately call the shots. Enough idiots at home to protest developments which reduce reliance on American markets. All it takes is some well placed funds. Who knows maybe Chuck’s paycheck ultimately derives from the Rockefellers or the Saudi foreign wealth fund and he doesn’t even have a clue. Probably them as well and a host of other actors. We are a weak backdoor into the USA. Far as I’m concerned until we get our act together and start looking out for ourselves irrespective of what asshole says in the states or allowing foreign shitholes to meddle in our affairs we are worthy of getting taken over and suffering. We need to look after ourselves and back off of inserting ourselves in foreign issues like we are some big saviour. Trudeau illustrated how not to.
