Conservatives have to quit following Brad Wall and Harper's advice. They cater to the extreme right that never change their vote from election to election. When elections are won and lost by the voters in the middle who will change their vote depending on the political atmosphere. That is why the more Smith and Trump talk the more votes lost.

Fair enough but don’t you think this election is a bit more complex than previous ones? Youth are trending more conservative while older more liberal. It is a reversal from what it is usually. Makes these old people look like a bunch of myopic selfish bastards only concerned about the last years of their lives and to hell with everyone else. Typical boomer mindset.

Some quick math on how hopeless it is to expect the electorate to do the right thing.

Canada has 40 million citizens, of which 27.64 million are eligible to vote.

The total workforce is only 21 million, only 52.5% of Canadians are in the workforce. A majority of the remaining almost 7 million unemployed, unemployable, retired, or students will vote for their best interests, ie big government.

1/4 of the workforce is now working for some level of government in this country. that is another 5.25 million voters who won't vote for less government.

67% of the workforce now has post secondary indoctrination. they will disproportionately vote left.

The pool of taxpayers in the private sector who aren't as indoctrinated as Chuck is now the minority. We have reached the point of no return democratically.

            You're only partially to blame.

Cater to the extreme right. LMFAO. Spoken like a true clueless socialist.

Wall's first budget increased the personal exemption for tax and dropped thousands of lower income residents off the tax roll.

Hardly the move of an extreme right government.

You must have forgot walls last budget PST taxes on crop Insurance and many more things including a 20% jump in pst from 5 to 6%.Wall is now a Buffalo party lover.Moe scared to pull funding from a private school ran by pedifiles and abusers. PP has been imitating Trump politics for years and Trump imitating Putin.

So a tax increase is a policy of the extreme right? You need a little more schooling.

Actually Wall wasn't a Buffalo party lover, he was interested resurecting the concept of Territory of Buffalo where Alberta and Saskatchewan are combined. Mainly to have some clout politically.

The Buffalo party are a whole different kettle of fish. They are touting extreme right ideas.

Your previous post called Wall and Harper's extreme right, but when you reply you mention Moe, Polievre and Trump.

I guess I should reply by saying Singh is a radical socialist promoting policies and acting like AOC and Sanders.

What's the chances of that happening now that Trump's TAX starts Apr 2. MAGA !

At least Martin owned a business.

I hope I didn’t give the impression I was defending Trump, I wasn’t. What I was doing is pointing out how more than one Liberal leader has shown that they are in favour of offshoring money and or business to avoid paying higher taxes. While at the same time increasing taxes and regulations on business and the wealthy in Canada.
