Have to commend you for reading psychology books. I tried for years and concluded that for the most part, psychologists shouldn't write books.

This is my first one. I've avoided them up to now presuming they'd be dry and awful. I follow this Dr. on Twitter though and her posts are quite good and relatable so giving the book a go.

I need something, my Intergenerational Trauma came out at the end of last year Haha
