Because that's what the Liberal apologists at the CBC have been telling him?

But unlike the typical CBC watcher who never risks being exposed to reality, Chuck actually interacts on this forum daily where he is exposed to a lot of very smart people with a wide variety of business experience, education, worldly experience and common sense.
He should know better by now.

But I suppose the word interact is too strong in this case. That would indicate some level of two-way communication. Lecturing, insulting and name calling, while never actually reading or comprehending what anyone else has posted may not qualify as interaction.

Speaking of embarrassing yourself the pretengineer and self appointed oracle of Alberta compares us to third world low income countries and thinks a high CAD would be good for us in a tariff war? Wrong again!

The prices you receive for your crops will go down along with decreased access to markets! Not a winning strategy! More Trump taxes on the US (tariffs) in part drives our dollar lower.

Sure it looks great when we sell stuff but it is when we need to import goods necessary for means of production, priced in American dollars, that the impact of a dollar with less purchasing power erase the low dollar advantage. Most of our phosphorus comes from the USA for example.

Yup its a double edged sword. But low prices and loss of markets for your products hurt a hell of a lot more!

Yeah lost markets suck the worst. See India and USA going at it with tariffs now. No one is immune to the current us administration’s wrath.

If you put half as much energy toward positives related to where you live, you'd receive returns and feel better.
