Most of the inflation Reduction act spending went to Republican states where it created many jobs and more private investment.

But since the oil industry are major Trump supporters, Trump wanted to reward his friends and lash out at any progressive clean energy investments. Instead Trump will subsidize the oil industry with generous tax cuts and subsidies!

Too late though! States like North Dakota and Texas already know that renewables are a low cost economic option to expand capacity and 40% and 26% respectively of their electricity supply comes from renewables.

In free market Texas and North Dakota renewables have gained a strong share of supply because they are the lowest cost source of new generation.

But don't let that stop you from lying like Trump and saying they don't work!
