Good points. Having allure of a dung beetle must be a hard solitary life anyone on here suffer from the syndrome can't think of anyone off top of my head

What waste of time on Smith's part, did she honestly think she could reason with Trump when he thinks the US trade deficit with Cdn is somehow a subsidy to us.

What is our fearless leader and leader in waiting doing? Appearances on us tv shows, threatening a trade war with Trump? Smith, though my opinion of her isn’t super high, I have respect for her to act like the only one with a brain here. Sure Trump is a tyrant but he’s still the leader of our largest trading partner which we have a shrinking bargaining position because of the morons who’ve led this country the past 9 years. If you want to go to war with these nut balls no one wins. At least have some sensible dialogue, make your stance known, and at last resort retaliate. Running around talking shit is no better than the bs Trump is spewing.

Looks like Mélanie Joly the Minister of Foreign Affairs is our lead to personally deal with Trump.
What did she come back with after her last visit?

I'll take the premier of Alberta 100 times over any of the LPC.

At least when she reports what happened it doesn't come straight out of the PMO.
No one believes anything Liberals say, including Trump.
            Proven all talk, no action.
How can you negotiate anything with that reputation?

Smith went down to Mar-a-Lago and accomplished what?

Trump never heard a word she said, besides he isn't smart enough to know the US can't operate without Canadian heavy crude.

              Does Smith not know this?

She couldn't have waited for the Premiers meeting today, and approach it on a united front with the rest of Premiers. Smith played right into Trumps's hand by flying down there for hambrugers.

Smith was grandstanding to her base nothing more, especially with that clown O'leary who is what in terms of representing Canada in this situation?

Please save your breaths on Trudeau, we all know the obvious.

You didn't watch the report she gave the following morning did you?

How many days are left to wait?

Are you selling your forages direct to customers in the bag?
There might be a lot of appeal to that if tariffs go on forage seed as the US market sets the price.
But of course everyone can't do it as it's a very small market in Canada.
