odd comment that yup haven't been since 2017 but visits before that Larry was one of the most respected people in your grain industry. Farmers machinery dealers even cattleman I stayed with spoke of him in high regard, I must mix with wrong guys over there.

Personally I'm glad I've got to know him via agriville.

Might even get to meet chuck in 25 if I get up that far into your great land.

Chuck and Weber must have some history down the line. The town I suspect Weber was raised around you don’t mess around with one of their own unless you want to take on the rest of them. Where Chuck is from they’d gladly offer him up for tribute if the hunger games were a thing.

But still no specific answer about "the costly debacles"?

          Costly debacle?

Must be a reference to the CWB. That seems to be where this feud originates.

You mean the CWB that was supported by successive Liberal and Conservative governments until 2012?

Status quo Chuck. Like a lot of the defective antiquated protocols and institutions which run this country takes some willingness and desire to enact change on part of ruling party. The Crow subsidy prolonged a status quo which when faced with reality of the real world showed how behind the 8 ball and uncompetitive we were. The dissolution of the cwb further proved that. I can understand as a smaller farmer when the world changes you sometimes aren’t as limber to change with the times but it opens up other opportunities as well.

We could be asking how much value the NDP has brought to agriculture.

I wouldn’t believe these polls. Much as I’d like to see the liberal caucus reduced to minivan status the reality of 210 seats would be miraculous.
