    Mostly agreeing with you here.
Even Harper couldn't fix much when he had majority. Senate for example.
Hope Pollievre half as smart as Harper. Not sure yet.
But maybe like a doctor, the first tenet should be do no harm.
Pollievre can't possibly do more harm than Singh/JT. He might even be able to slow or reverse some of the huge pile of stupid stuff.
At the least, those two losing their seats would be an awesome start.
All we can do is hope for the best.
All we can do the way our system designed. Libs in power 2/3 of the time, NDP holding the wheel half of that and a bum Senate.
I'd love to see a flamethrower used in Ottawa. But PP will get schooled and nothing will really change.
Cheers to no more JT or Singh.

So are you going to vote for the yapper Chuck?

      Or not vote at all.

Waste of your time going to vote for any other?

Going to be a low turnout election don't you think?

Really I think there are only 2 options left. Trudeau calls a snap election or he prorogues parliament, an interim leader is appointed and the Liberals run a leadership contest. This could take many months. In the mean time Trump will be attempting to tariff us in to submission. Justin Trudeau believed he could use Trump’s election as a way to improve his popularity but instead his mishandling on all fronts has put this country in peril. No clear path exists.

I think Singh telegraphing that he is going to call for a non confidence motion makes it a high probability that Trudeau will prorogue government and call for a leadership contest.

He won't fall on the sword and call an election. I bet growing up they had to let him win when they were playing games.

            He can't face losing.

His ego and hubris are major factors.

If Carney wins the leadership it will be like Ignatieff's loss.

Carney can't even fake being humble.

Latest from Warren Kinsella is a very interesting read. Warren’s view is interesting as a former chief of staff to Chrétien and someone on the inside of Liberal politics for many years. Various interesting insights in this article on Justin Trudeau from the fact that Gerald Butts wrote Pierre Elliot Trudeau’s eulogy(the delivery of this credited with kickstarting his political ascension), the fact he never reads the news, believed it was fake long before Trump made this popular, how he is managed by Katie Telford, and more. Great article. As voters we like to believe our leaders have a greater plan or direction, with Trudeau it is nothing but self glorification.

This Op ed trys to confirm what anyone with a bs meter already knew. JTs own book told us that.
JWRs confirmed it. His actions kept proving it.
All politicians are self serving. But I agree, this one did not breathe our air. 9 years of being fooled. We kinda deserve it.
