A long distance renter in the area thought grain bags would be a good idea. The bears thought they were a good idea as well. So do the deer and the elk.

So what do you do once they are ripped? Lots of duct tape? Or start over again putting them in a new tube?

we discovered crop insurance covers damage ,we patched where bear climbed over and left the ends , not much else could be done anyhow

But we individual wrap and they're off the field before winter.

My old coyote dog is having some health issues. On daily pain meds, has some lumps I can feel, deaf as a door nail (not that he knows that part), so he’s been getting tied up at night to help his pain and he can’t hear intruders like he used too. We lost his partner this time last year so the coyotes have been learning this is a safer place to rob. Especially the puppies out right now that haven’t learned to stay away.

The chickens and ducks have been suffering.

So I went and picked up some back up yesterday. 4 month old Kangal cross. She’s going to be big.

The only dog not super happy with her is the old coyote man hah

You might have problems with a Kangal if anyone visits you with a dog or the neighbor has a dog.
They will roam.
