Daughter and her boyfriend wanted a house and acreages are crazy prices so we started this, that’s the hardest 3 weeks of work I’ve done for many years.

Brings back memories of when I built my house . Definitely glad I did it when I was in my mid thirties not mid fifties. Definitely would need some younger helping hands now .

project looks very good
lots of work but when done it is a satisfying feeling. It’s the finishing that takes the most time

Shit, I am in my mid 50’s, I was in charge of the framing and had some help, it wasn’t experienced help but now it is. I kinda forgot how much fun steep roofs are….
